  • 2 ounces Clear Jel or cornstarch
  • 2 ounces cold water (for mixing)
  • 4 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Optional: 2 teaspoons lemon zest

Instructions

  2. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer for about 5–7 minutes until blueberries release juices.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix Clear Jel (or cornstarch) with cold water until smooth. Gradually add this to the simmering mixture while whisking continuously.
