- 3/4 cup flour (for the crumble topping)
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar (for the crumble topping)
- 1/4 cup packed light-brown sugar (for the crumble topping)
- Dash of salt (for the crumble topping)
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (for the crumble topping)
- 1/4 cup salted caramel sauce (for filling and drizzling)
- 2.5 pounds peaches (peeled and sliced)
- 1/4 cup cornstarch (to thicken)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt for the pie crust. Cut in chilled butter until crumbly.
- Gradually add ice water until dough holds together; wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- In another bowl, mix flour, sugars, salt, cinnamon, and cut in remaining chilled butter to form crumbs for topping.
- Toss peaches with cornstarch and cinnamon in a large bowl; drizzle with salted caramel.
- Roll out chilled dough and place it in a baking dish; fill with peach mixture and top with crumble.
- Bake for about 50 minutes until golden brown.
