Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- ½ yellow onion, diced
- ½ teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 pound ground beef
- ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- ½ teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1 tablespoon hamburger seasoning
- 1 medium jalapeño pepper, seeded and sliced
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup crispy fried onions
- 12-count package of King's Hawaiian Rolls
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and lightly spray a baking dish.
- In a skillet over medium heat, heat vegetable oil. Sauté onion and garlic until softened.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned. Mix in Worcestershire sauce, seasoned salt, hamburger seasoning, and jalapeños until well combined.
- Slice Hawaii rolls in half horizontally. Layer the bottom half in the baking dish and spread the beef mixture on top.
- Sprinkle with cheddar cheese and crispy onions before placing the top half of the rolls back on.
- Brush cowboy butter over the assembled sliders. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes; remove foil and bake an additional 5 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before slicing into individual sliders.
