  • 1 russet potato, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch pieces
  • 5 strips chicken (or turkey) bacon
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. In a large nonstick pan, cook the chicken (or turkey) bacon over medium heat until crispy, about 10 minutes. Remove and crumble when cool.
  2. In the same pan, add chopped russet potato and shredded cabbage along with salt and pepper. Cover and cook until tender, stirring occasionally.
