- 1/2 green bell pepper
- 1 small carrot
- 1/2 small red onion
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons apple vinegar
Instructions
- Finely shred the cabbage and place it in a large mixing bowl.
- Peel and grate the carrot; add it to the bowl.
- Slice the tomato thinly and mix into the salad.
- Thinly slice the green bell pepper and red onion; combine them with the other vegetables.
- Sprinkle in oregano and season to taste with salt and pepper.
