  • ¾1 cup plain Greek yogurt (or dairy-free alternative)
  • 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 23 tablespoons honey
  • 4 cups romaine lettuce (chopped)
  • 1½ cups blueberries
  • 1 cup slivered almonds
  • ½ cup dried cranberries

Instructions

  1. To make the dressing, mix Greek yogurt, yellow mustard, Dijon mustard, honey, lemon zest, salt, and pepper in a mason jar or bowl until smooth. Adjust sweetness if needed.
  2. Marinate the chicken by whisking soy sauce, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Pour over chicken in an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium heat (about 400°F). Grill the marinated chicken for 4-5 minutes per side until cooked through.
