  • 8 oz pepper-jack cheese (shredded)

  • 2 Tbsp reserved pimento juice
  • 2 medium green onions (thinly sliced)
  • 1 tsp hot sauce
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and spray a shallow baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, cream cheese, sour cream, reserved pimento juice, garlic salt, onion powder, dry mustard, and hot sauce until smooth.
  3. Fold in the shredded cheeses, drained pimentos, and sliced green onions. Reserve some cheese for topping.
