- 1 bottle BBQ Sauce
- BBQ Dry Rub (your choice)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs using a spoon for leverage, then pull it off with a paper towel.
- Pat the ribs dry with paper towels and season generously with your favorite dry rub or salt and pepper.
- Wrap the seasoned ribs tightly in aluminum foil and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the oven for two hours.
- After baking, carefully unwrap the ribs and discard any juices. Flip them upside down and apply BBQ sauce generously.
- Set your broiler to high and place the ribs under it for about 10 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Flip the ribs upright, add more sauce, and return them under the broiler, applying additional sauce every few minutes until desired stickiness is achieved (approximately 30 minutes).
