With a few straightforward steps and customizable options, you’ll create delicious oven-baked ribs that everyone will love.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 slab Baby Back Ribs
  • 1 bottle BBQ Sauce
  • BBQ Dry Rub (your choice)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs using a spoon for leverage, then pull it off with a paper towel.
  3. Pat the ribs dry with paper towels and season generously with your favorite dry rub or salt and pepper.
  4. Wrap the seasoned ribs tightly in aluminum foil and place them on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake in the oven for two hours.
  6. After baking, carefully unwrap the ribs and discard any juices. Flip them upside down and apply BBQ sauce generously.
  7. Set your broiler to high and place the ribs under it for about 10 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  8. Flip the ribs upright, add more sauce, and return them under the broiler, applying additional sauce every few minutes until desired stickiness is achieved (approximately 30 minutes).
