  • 2 jalapenos, sliced lengthwise (seeds and membranes removed)
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 4 slices turkey bacon (crispy cooked)
  • 2 slices Monterey Jack cheese
  • 2 slices sharp cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices Italian bread
  • Optional: chopped cilantro
  • Butter for grilling

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Stuff each jalapeno half with cream cheese and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes until heated through.
