  • ¼ cup soy sauce (or Coconut Aminos)
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 23 tbsp fresh ginger (grated)
  • 1 cup carrots (julienned)
  • 2 cups cabbage (shredded)
  • 1 pack bean sprouts (about 3 cups)
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, and grated ginger to prepare the sauce.
  2. Heat a skillet or wok over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Add minced garlic and continue cooking until crispy.
  3. Increase heat slightly, add carrots, and sauté for about a minute. Then add cabbage and bean sprouts; cook for another minute.
  4. Pour in the prepared sauce and stir well to coat all ingredients. Heat through for about one more minute before serving.
