- 2–3 tbsp fresh ginger (grated)
- 1 cup carrots (julienned)
- 2 cups cabbage (shredded)
- 1 pack bean sprouts (about 3 cups)
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, and grated ginger to prepare the sauce.
- Heat a skillet or wok over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Add minced garlic and continue cooking until crispy.
- Increase heat slightly, add carrots, and sauté for about a minute. Then add cabbage and bean sprouts; cook for another minute.
- Pour in the prepared sauce and stir well to coat all ingredients. Heat through for about one more minute before serving.
