  • 2 lbs shrimp (shell on, deveined)
  • 2.5 tbsp Nashville hot seasoning
  • 1 tbsp canola oil
  • 2.5 tbsp melted butter
  • 1.5 tbsp honey
  • Chopped scallions (for garnish)
  • ¼ cup pickled jalapeños + brine
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp parsley
  • 1 tbsp dill
  • 2 medium limes (juice)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the jalapeno ranch sauce by blending pickled jalapeños, mayonnaise, parsley, dill, and lime juice until smooth. Refrigerate.
  2. Marinate shrimp in canola oil and Nashville hot seasoning for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to high heat (400°F).
  4. Grill the marinated shrimp for 1.5 minutes per side until opaque.
  5. Toss cooked shrimp in melted butter and honey mixture.
  6. Serve garnished with chopped scallions alongside jalapeno ranch sauce.
