  • 2 pounds large jumbo shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 1 pound turkey sausage (cut into pieces)
  • 4 ears corn (cut into sections)
  • 1 pound small red potatoes (halved)
  • 1 medium onion (cut into large pieces)
  • 4 lemons (2 for cooking, 2 for serving)
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic (smashed)
  • ⅓ cup seafood seasoning like Old Bay
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley plus more for garnish (chopped)

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, fill with water and add quartered lemons, onion, garlic, and seafood seasoning. Bring to a boil.
  2. Add halved potatoes and cook for 10-12 minutes until fork-tender.
  3. Stir in corn pieces and sliced turkey sausage; cook for an additional 5-6 minutes.
  4. Finally, add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink, about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Drain the pot and transfer the mixture to a large baking sheet.
  6. Melt butter in a microwave-safe bowl; stir in salt, pepper, and chopped parsley. Pour half of the mixture over the shrimp boil.
  7. Garnish with additional parsley and lemon slices before serving.
