- 1 pound turkey sausage (cut into pieces)
- 4 ears corn (cut into sections)
- 1 pound small red potatoes (halved)
- 1 medium onion (cut into large pieces)
- 4 lemons (2 for cooking, 2 for serving)
- ½ cup unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic (smashed)
- ⅓ cup seafood seasoning like Old Bay
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley plus more for garnish (chopped)
Instructions
- In a large pot, fill with water and add quartered lemons, onion, garlic, and seafood seasoning. Bring to a boil.
- Add halved potatoes and cook for 10-12 minutes until fork-tender.
- Stir in corn pieces and sliced turkey sausage; cook for an additional 5-6 minutes.
- Finally, add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink, about 2-3 minutes.
- Drain the pot and transfer the mixture to a large baking sheet.
- Melt butter in a microwave-safe bowl; stir in salt, pepper, and chopped parsley. Pour half of the mixture over the shrimp boil.
- Garnish with additional parsley and lemon slices before serving.
