Ingredients
- 2 lb beef roast (shoulder or butt)
- 1 tsp yellow mustard
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix apple cider vinegar, mustard, paprika, brown sugar, salt, and pepper. Place the beef in a large bag; pour the marinade over it and coat thoroughly. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
