Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- Peel and slice the peaches, then cook them with sugars and spices until soft.
- In a mixing bowl, cream butter with granulated sugar, then add eggs one at a time. Mix in buttermilk and vanilla.
- Combine flour, baking powder, salt, and spices in another bowl; gradually mix into the wet ingredients.
- Fold in the cooled peach mixture gently.
