  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup quick oats
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon lime zest
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the canned peach slices with brown sugar, cinnamon, and cornstarch until coated.
  3. Transfer the peach mixture into a greased 8-inch square baking dish and spread evenly.
  4. In another bowl, mix flour, oats, brown sugar, salt, and cinnamon. Add melted butter and mix until crumbly.
  5. Stir in lemon zest, lime zest, lemon juice, and lime juice until fully combined.
  6. Sprinkle the crumble topping over the peaches and bake for 34-38 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
