- ⅔ cup vegetable oil
- 4 Tablespoons white sugar
- ⅓ cup rice apple vinegar
- 1 ½ Tablespoons soy sauce
- ¼ teaspoon sesame oil
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
