Ingredients
- 2 cups watermelon, sliced into cubes
- 1 lime, sliced
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1/2 red grapefruit, sliced and quartered
- 1 medium cucumber, sliced
- 12 mint leaves
- 2 quarts water
- Ice (optional)
- Sparkling water (optional)
Instructions
- Thoroughly wash all fruits and vegetables.
- Slice the watermelon into cubes, lime and lemon into rounds, grapefruit into quarters, and cucumber into slices.
- In a large pitcher, combine the watermelon cubes, lime slices, lemon slices, grapefruit quarters, cucumber slices, and mint leaves.
- Pour in 2 quarts of water over the ingredients.
- Cover the pitcher and refrigerate overnight to allow flavors to meld.
- To serve, fill glasses with ice and pour the infused vitamin water over it. Optionally add sparkling water for fizz.
