Ingredients

  • 2 cups watermelon, sliced into cubes
  • 1 lime, sliced
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 1/2 red grapefruit, sliced and quartered
  • 1 medium cucumber, sliced
  • 12 mint leaves
  • 2 quarts water
  • Ice (optional)
  • Sparkling water (optional)

Instructions

  1. Thoroughly wash all fruits and vegetables.
  2. Slice the watermelon into cubes, lime and lemon into rounds, grapefruit into quarters, and cucumber into slices.
  3. In a large pitcher, combine the watermelon cubes, lime slices, lemon slices, grapefruit quarters, cucumber slices, and mint leaves.
  4. Pour in 2 quarts of water over the ingredients.
  5. Cover the pitcher and refrigerate overnight to allow flavors to meld.
  6. To serve, fill glasses with ice and pour the infused vitamin water over it. Optionally add sparkling water for fizz.
