- 12 oz Wide Egg Noodles (cooked)
- 14 oz Sauerkraut (drained)
- 3/4 cup Brown Sugar (or maple syrup)
- 10.75 oz Tomato Soup
- 2 cups Shredded Swiss Cheese (or mozzarella/cheddar)
Instructions
- Cook the wide egg noodles in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with diced onion until cooked through. Add garlic powder, dried parsley, salt, and pepper; mix well.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked noodles, drained sauerkraut, brown sugar, tomato soup, and water. Fold in the meat mixture until evenly combined.
