Ingredients
- 2.2 lb boneless skinless chicken breast (or thighs)
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 3 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp tomato paste
- 1.5 Tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp white pepper
- 1/2 Tbsp sumac
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 Tbsp salt
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine plain yogurt, lemon juice, vegetable oil, tomato paste, yellow mustard, minced garlic, and garlic powder.
- Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and coat thoroughly in the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
