  • 20 gyoza wrappers

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped shrimp, shredded cabbage, scallions, ginger (if using), salt, sesame oil, and mix thoroughly to form the filling.
  2. Place a heaping teaspoon of filling in the center of each gyoza wrapper. Moisten the edges with water, fold over to seal tightly.
