- 20 gyoza wrappers

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine chopped shrimp, shredded cabbage, scallions, ginger (if using), salt, sesame oil, and mix thoroughly to form the filling.
- Place a heaping teaspoon of filling in the center of each gyoza wrapper. Moisten the edges with water, fold over to seal tightly.
- Heat oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat. Arrange gyoza in the skillet and pan-fry until golden brown.
- Add water to the skillet, cover with a lid, and steam until the water evaporates and gyoza are cooked through.
