  • 3 1/2 pounds boneless chuck roast
  • 1/2 cup low sodium beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 lime
  • 1 tablespoon freshly minced cilantro

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over high heat and sear the chuck roast on both sides until browned.
