  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine salt, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Rub the mixture all over the beef until fully coated.
  2. Pour apple cider vinegar into the slow cooker. Place the seasoned beef on top and cover with a lid.
