  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1 red bell pepper (cut into 1-inch pieces)
  • 1 yellow bell pepper (cut into 1-inch pieces)
  • 8 ounces button mushrooms
  • 1 red onion (cut into 1-inch pieces)
  • 8 metal skewers

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Marinade: In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, minced garlic, brown sugar, paprika, onion powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  2. Marinate the Steak: Place the cubed sirloin in the marinade and refrigerate for at least one hour (up to eight hours for best flavor).
  3. Assemble Kabobs: Thread marinated steak cubes onto metal skewers with alternating pieces of bell peppers, mushrooms, and red onion.
