Ingredients
- 1 lb steak (ribeye or sirloin recommended)
- 1 large yellow onion
- 4 slices Havarti cheese
- 1 baguette
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 1 tbsp fresh dill (diced)
- 3 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp salt (adjust to taste)
Instructions
- Prepare the garlic butter by mixing softened butter with diced dill and minced garlic in a bowl. Set aside.
