Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon neutral oil (peanut, vegetable, or grapeseed)
- 2–3 cloves garlic (finely diced)
- 2 teaspoons fresh ginger (grated)
- 1 small head cabbage (thinly sliced)
- 1 small yellow onion (thinly sliced)
- 2 large carrots (peeled and shredded)
- 3 large scallions (sliced)
- Kosher salt and black pepper to taste
- For the sauce: reduced sodium soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, toasted sesame oil, crushed red pepper flakes
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together all sauce ingredients and set aside.
