- 1/2 tsp Crushed Chipotle Pepper
- 1/2 cup Enchilada Sauce
- 15 Extra Thin Corn Tortillas
- 1 cup Finely Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/2 cup Finely Shredded Reduced Fat Cheddar Cheese
